Packing my bicycle

This will be my first time using a pretty cool feature of my bike/. It has S+S couplers on the frame, so I can disassemble the frame into two pieces and pack the entire bike in to a standard piece of luggage.  It's super handy but does take a bit of time to fit just right into the luggage.  I think I can take the bike apart and pack it in about 1.5hours.  It's probably similar time to re-assemble - maybe even slightly faster.  I practiced one cycle - pack, rebuild and then I packed it again.

I know this photo shows the brake rouse, but in fact when I did the final packing, I removed it for safe travel.  I zip tied everything so that it all stays put.  I do have some worries about spokes being compromised only because it's such a tight fit and I'm worried about how the bags are handled.
